How to Change Your Password

This guide will help you with changing your account password after you are already logged into your account.

If you need to change your parent password, you can do it from the Account & Family page.

Use this when:
  • you want a stronger password
  • you think your account may not be secure
  • you simply want to update your login

How to reset your password:

  1. Open Account & Family.
  2. Find the Security section.
  3. Select Change password.
  4. Enter your new password.
  5. Confirm your new password.
  6. Save your changes.

Your password should be strong and hard to guess.

RewardRoots recommends using:
  • at least 12 characters
  • an uppercase letter
  • a lowercase letter
  • a number
  • a symbol

Tips:
  • Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere
  • Avoid sharing your parent login
  • Update your password anytime something feels off
