RewardRoots Premium is a recurring monthly subscription.
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
1. General Policy
Unless required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
If you cancel, your Premium access will typically continue through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
2. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a billing issue, contact us at support@rewardroots.com and we will review the situation promptly.
3. Exceptional Refund Requests
We may review individual refund requests on a case-by-case basis when there is a clear billing mistake, technical issue, or other exceptional circumstance.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
4. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@rewardroots.com so we can try to resolve it directly.
5. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
When we do, the Last Updated date above will change.
