RewardRoots is a parent-managed family platform designed to help families organize chores, educational activities, daily routines, and rewards in one place.
By creating an account or using RewardRoots, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Who May Create an Account
RewardRoots accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian.
Children do not independently register for RewardRoots.
Children may only access the platform through profiles created, supervised, and controlled by a parent or guardian.
2. Parent Responsibility
Parents or guardians are responsible for:
- maintaining the security of their account credentials
- supervising all child profiles linked to their account
- deciding what educational content, chores, rewards, and permissions are available to a child profile
- reviewing activity completed through their family account
Parents are responsible for all activity that occurs under their account and any child profiles connected to it.
3. Child Profiles
RewardRoots is structured so that child access remains parent-managed.
Child profiles:
- are created by a parent or guardian
- do not independently register for the service
- may be limited to only the information needed for family participation
- may be edited or deleted by the parent or guardian who manages the account
Parents may request deletion of child profile data associated with their family account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer or decompile the platform
- attempt to bypass access controls or security protections
- scrape, copy, or extract platform data by automated means without permission
- interfere with platform availability or stability
- use RewardRoots for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
RewardRoots may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
5. Platform Availability and Changes
RewardRoots is an evolving software service.
We may add, change, improve, limit, or remove features at any time as the platform develops.
We may also update workflows, visuals, educational systems, or reward mechanics to improve the service.
6. Intellectual Property
RewardRoots and all related software, branding, graphics, user experience systems, platform architecture, educational mechanics, reward systems, and content are proprietary intellectual property owned by RewardRoots.
This includes the official RewardRoots mascot Maple, including Maple's artwork, poses, expressions, animations, character traits, behaviors, and interactive educational responses.
You may not reproduce, imitate, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from RewardRoots intellectual property without written permission.
7. Privacy and Parent-Managed Child Access
RewardRoots is designed around parent-controlled access.
Children only use RewardRoots through parent-managed profiles, and parents control the child profile experience, permissions, and data settings.
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and child profile information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
8. Disclaimer
RewardRoots is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet every family's specific needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RewardRoots shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
10. Termination
RewardRoots may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create risk for the service or other users.
11. Updates to These Terms
RewardRoots may update these Terms of Service periodically.
When updates are made, the Last Updated date will be revised.
Continued use of RewardRoots after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
RewardRoots Premium is offered as a recurring subscription service.
