🔄 How to Reset Your Child’s Password


If your child has their own login and cannot sign in, you can reset their password from their account management area.

How to reset a child password:

  1. Open Account & Family.
  2. Find Your children.
  3. Locate the child you want to update.
  4. Select Manage child.
  5. Locate Login access.
  6. Ensure Allow this child to sign in on their own device is checked.
  7. Type in the new password and confirm it in the next field. 
  8. Save the change.

Use this when:
  • your child forgot their password
  • their login is no longer working
  • you want to simplify their sign-in

💡 Important:
Only children with their own login need a password reset.

Tips:
  • Use a password your child can manage at their age
  • Keep it simple enough for them to remember, but still secure
  • Update it anytime login becomes a struggle

Note:
The exact child password fields may vary based on how the child account was created, but password changes begin from Manage child.
