Navigating the RewardRoots Navigation Bar

Learn what each option in the RewardRoots navigation bar does so you can move through the platform with confidence.

RewardRoots Navigation Bar


 After creating your account in RewardRoots and logging in, you will see the main navigation bar at the top of the platform. The navigation bar allows you to move between the different areas of RewardRoots and access all features available to you.

 The options available in the navigation bar will vary depending on whether you are logged in as a Parent or a Child.  

 Navigation Options for Parents:

  • Explore
    • Home - This is the main landing page for RewardRoots. 
    • Learn More - This page provides additional information about how RewardRoots works and how families can use it to build positive habits 
    • Pricing - This page provides more information about both our free and premium tiers. 
    • About Us - This page contains information about RewardRoots as a company. 
  • Dashboard
    • The Dashboard is your main control center as a parent. From here you can view important family information and activity. 
    •  The parent dashboard includes: 
      • Child snapshots
      • Smart Snapshot (Premium)
      • Recent activity
      • Family progress overview
      • Awarded points
      • Daily tasks
      • Quest approvals
      • Marketplace orders 
  • Account & Family
    •  This section allows you to manage your account and family profiles. 
    •  Here you can: 
      • View and edit your account information 
      • Change your password 
      • Create and link child accounts 
      • Manage family members 
      • Delete your account if necessary 
      • Manage your notification settings (Premium)
  • Marketplace
    •  The Marketplace contains the Reward Store where parents can create and manage rewards that children can redeem with their earned points. 
    •  Parents can manage: 
      • Reward listings
      • Reward categories
      • Marketplace items available to children 
  • Help Center
    •  The Help Center contains documentation and guides that explain how to use RewardRoots. 
  • Parent Tools  
    • Question Bank - This is where parents create and manage questions used in quizzes for their children. 
    • Quiz Rules - This section allows parents to configure how quizzes behave, including point values for questions and penalties for incorrect answers and Daily Log in rewards settings.
    • Reward Store - This is where parents manage all reward listings available in the Marketplace. 
    • Daily Tasks - This section allows parents to create and manage recurring tasks or chores for their children. 
    • Orders - This page shows all active Marketplace orders placed by children. 
    • Order History - Here you can view previously completed orders. 
    • Quests - Parents can create and manage quests for their children. 
    • Points - This section allows parents to award points manually and review child activity. 
  • Cart 
    •  The Cart allows you to access items that have been added from the Marketplace before checkout. 
  • Light Mode Toggle 
    •  This option allows you to switch between light mode and dark mode for the platform interface. 
  • Log out 
    •  This option logs you out of your current RewardRoots session. 

 Navigation Options for Children: 

  • Explore
    • Home - This is the Home Page for RewardRoots.com
    • Learn More - This page shows more information about how RewardRoots works. 
    • About Us - This Page talks about RewardRoots as a company.
  • Dashboard
    •  The child dashboard is where children can see their activity and progress. 
    •  From the dashboard children can: 
      • Take quizzes
      • Check daily tasks
      • View quests
      • Track their savings goals
      • See recent activity 
      • See their Daily Log in Rewards
  • Account & Family
    •  Children can view and edit their account information from this section. 
  • Marketplace
    •  The Marketplace is where children can browse rewards available in the Reward Store. 
    •  Children can: 
      • Shop using earned points 
      • Favorite rewards 
      • Add items to their savings goals 
  • Help Center
    •  Children can access helpful articles explaining how to use RewardRoots. 
  • Daily Tasks
    •  This section shows all active daily tasks assigned to the child as well as upcoming tasks. 
  • Quests
    •  Children can view and manage their quests. Once completed, quests can be submitted to parents for review. 
  • Cart 
    •  Children can toggle between light mode and dark mode. 
  • Light Mode Toggle 
    • The child can use this to toggle light/dark mode. 
  • Log out 
    •  This option allows the child to log out of their session. 

*Tip*
The navigation bar may expand as new features are added to RewardRoots. Parents and children will always see navigation options that are appropriate for their account type.
