How to Delete Your RewardRoots Account

Follow this guide to permanently delete your RewardRoots account and family data.

You can permanently delete your RewardRoots account from the Account & Family page.

How to delete your account:

  1. Open Account & Family.
  2. Scroll to Account Deletion.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Follow the confirmation steps.
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.

This removes access to your family data and household setup.

āš ļø Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Before deleting your account, make sure you are ready to lose access to:
  • your household setup
  • your childrenā€™s profiles
  • your family data
  • your activity inside RewardRoots

Also note:
Canceling Premium is not the same as deleting your account.

If you only want to stop billing:
- use Manage or cancel in Stripe under your plan

Delete your account only when you want to permanently remove your RewardRoots access.
